We ran our own agency on the same legacy dialers and CRMs every other agency owner is stuck with. We lived the gap firsthand: no real-time visibility into call quality, no automated grading of our agents, no way to catch a compliance issue until a carrier flagged it weeks later. Spreadsheets to manage downlines. Manual call reviews. Reports that were already stale by the time they ran.
